Lyophilized rabbit plasma for coagulase detection is intended for the identification of coagulase-positive staphylococci, including Staphylococcus aureus, by detecting free coagulase and bound coagulase (clumping factor).

The product is supplied as a lyophilizate in a vacuum-sealed glass vial with a stopper and cap. Reconstitute before use according to the Instruction for Use.
