Instructions for Use and Safety Data Sheet
The SIT InHaVi kit contains antisera intended for the detailed identification of strains recommended by the European Commission. It is important to detect and confirm Salmonella bacteria serologically, while excluding other serological types with a similar composition of flagellar antigens.
The SIT InHaVi kit contains:
- 14 bottles of antisera for serological identification of isolates
- 1 bottle of antiserum for inhibition of the dominant phase
- clear instruction for use
The SIT InHaVi kit enables:
- rapid identification testing of S. Infantis, S. Hadar and S. Virchow strains
- effective inhibition of the dominant phase in S. Virchow and S. Infantis isolates
- bacterial culture supporting enhanced expression of flagellar antigens
In addition, a short video showing step-by-step slide agglutination is available on the website.
