About us

IMMUNOLAB Ltd. has been designing and manufacturing in vitro diagnostic devices since 1999, while also carrying out Research and Development activities in the fields of microbiology, immunochemistry and molecular biology. We combine ISO 13485 / ISO 9001 standards with the needs of reference laboratories, creating reliable solutions for routine diagnostics.

What we deliver

  • Antisera for the serological identification of Salmonella spp. (IVD): somatic (anti-O), flagellar (anti-H) and capsular (anti-Vi) antisera.

  • Rapid identification tests SIT(IVD) — ready-to-use sets for the identification of the most common Salmonella spp. strains in EU.

  • Lyophilized rabbit plasma (IVD) for the detection of free coagulase and clumping factor (CF).

  • Microbiological culture media and auxiliary reagents.

  • Services and method transfer — selected microbiological analyses, preparation of control materials, and implementation support (available upon request).

Training

We provide specialist training in microbiology, laboratory techniques, immunochemistry, molecular biology and the practical application of IVD tests.

Our training programmes are prepared and delivered in accordance with the SUS 2.0 standard. Training is currently conducted primarily in Polish.

How we work

Quality & Compliance

We ensure full batch-to-batch repeatability, product stability and appropriate documentation so that each product complies with applicable standards and is ready for seamless implementation in the laboratory.

Our quality management system, based on ISO 13485:2016 and ISO 9001:2015, covers the control of raw materials, environment, processes, validation and compliance with IVD requirements.

Quality Policy/Polityka Jakości

Knowledge transfer

We translate R&D results into specific procedures, instructions and training, enabling new methods to be quickly and practically implemented in routine diagnostics.

One Health

We develop solutions that support the health security of humans and animals, as well as environmental quality — from infectious disease diagnostics to tools that support decision-making in public health.

Cooperation

We cooperate with universities and research institutes, sanitary and veterinary inspection laboratories, as well as the food and pharmaceutical industries. We combine the role of an IVD supplier with method transfer and R&D projects carried out in partnership.

We are open to product supply, validations and qualifications, procedure implementation, research and implementation consortia, and practical laboratory training conducted under real working conditions.

Values

We act on the basis of professionalism, reliability, cooperation, innovation and fairness.

In practice, this means:

  • clear quality requirements,
  • full audit trail,
  • responsibility for results,
  • a work culture based on safety and transparency.

We support the One Health approach — human, animal and environmental health — by designing solutions that reduce risk and help address antimicrobial resistance.

Location and facilities

We operate in the laboratories of the University of Gdańsk, located at 24 Kładki Street in Gdańsk. Our facilities include infrastructure for microbiological and immunochemical work, as well as basic molecular analyses, environmental monitoring and standard QC/IVD tools.

The combination of an academic environment with IVD production supports auditability, knowledge transfer and rapid implementation.
